Yes, that’s physical and virtual. The commission % is higher on virtual, but the price is lower, so it sorta balances out!

Does that number include digital copies?
Always buy my books in digital format these days, so yours as well. Haven’t really had the chance yet to really read it, only browsed through briefly, and started reading it

Hi Stephen,

glad to hear that you see the positive side of not getting into the program right now, and that you obviously considered the best way to proceed for yourself

There are some things that I’d love to do myself (MBA possibly), but I know that other things are more important and advantageous right now, so the “big goals” need to wait a bit until the right time

Started with working on 2010 for a year, development and architecture. Being an independent consultant, I could take jobs I thought would build my knowledge. Then I just went through what’s on Microsoft’s website regarding what’s covered on the exams. I then went through each subject and read everything I could find. It took me less time to prepare for the admin ones, the dev exams meant writing lots of working examples to make sure I knew how to do stuff. No short cuts I can recommend. But pace yourself, there’s no point cramming! I had done MCTS’s for 2007 so I knew the question format. Another suggestion, if you can afford it, sit the easiest (for you) first, even if you don’t pass, you’ll have gotten yourself familiar with the format, so it would still be a good investment. Good luck, just be confident you can do it and put in the work., Not much else I can recommend.
